What is high-frequency welding?
To weld two PVC sheets together, first heat the joint area while applying pressure at the same time.
The pressure must then be maintained until the welded union cools.
The high-frequency welding technique involves welding two pieces of plastic together by triggering a molecular reaction that causes the two materials to heat up using a high-frequency radio field.
The superimposed pieces of plastic are placed between an electrode (press) and the table (made of marble or steel).
The high frequency then generates the heat needed to allow the plastic to melt and a welded joint is obtained.
There is no other welding system that achieves such a high quality, strong weld and perfect seal.
